Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable items are packaged with specialized cold-chain insulation and dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

If your tracking information has not updated, or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Order processing begins shortly after your order is placed so we can maintain fast dispatch times.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue an immediate full refund or free replacement.
